The plan is long (5,500 plus pages) but here is what we see for K-12 education:

The CARES Act provided a total of $13.5 billion; this round provides $54 billion – a four-fold increase.

Funds will be distributed to states just as the CARES Act funding was distributed, via Title I formula.

Pennsylvania’s portion is estimate to be about $2 billion.  Like with Cares Act, at least 90% of the funds must be distributed to schools via Title I.   An estimate amount for your school is four times your allotment under the CARES Act.

It appears that these funds  must be used by September 30, 2022.

We will continue to provide information as it is received.
